FAQ

Is a site assessment necessary for a proposed EV charger installation?

In general, Yes. Most sites contain factors that require specific consideration and/or potential remedial work that may be required for a safe and effective installation. Quotations after a site visit will always be more accurate too, so the actual material and labour costs can be known in advance of any work undertaken.

What are the current estimated delivery times and shipping costs for chargers and accessories?

All of our products are ordered directly from our suppliers once specific design requirements are known and payment has been processed. **All nationwide shipping is FREE!** A signature will be required, with courier delivery in 2-3 Days from dispatch. We expect delivery to the customer within 12 Days from the time of order, at present.

How do I know what services best suit the business usage of our EVSE?

We tailor our services to our customers individual situations. For example, if your charger is free to use (customer benefit), periodic safety testing maybe the only service currently required. If for staff usage of a fleet vehicle, OCPP services like RFID card management, monthly usage expenses invoicing and periodic safety testing may be required. You may even want to make your charger available to the public to generate revenue via our direct payment service. Please get in touch with us to see what services we can offer to best meet your needs.

We already have chargers installed, are your services compatible with them?

Our services are compatible with all OCPP accessible chargers - however not all chargers are or may not be accessed due to the manufacturers services you are currently paying for. You may need to read the T&Cs from your charger manufacturer or service provider regarding this. Our dedicated test equipment can test the safety features of all EVSE.
